Every single flower you see on this patch was grown in our owners garden, photographed and photo shopped around a cutout of a skull shape. The eyes are flowers, the nose, teeth and eye brows are made up of leaves. It's really a combination of many different kinds of flowers put together to bring this busy looking skull together.
